Grief support

Your Continuity Consultant is your first call for anything at all: practical questions, paperwork, or simply someone to talk to. Our Family Care team offers private sessions and small group gatherings at our Everlight Quay studio.

When the time comes

You don't need to arrange anything. Our Continuity Response team handles every step promptly and respectfully, and coordinates directly with hospitals, care homes and the funeral home of your choosing. Please allow them to work without delay. Every minute matters.

Research access

On rare occasions a member's continuity cannot be completed as planned. When this happens, our Family Care team reviews the circumstances with great care, and we may invite the family to help us understand what happened. In recognition of their time and trust, Perennial may offer a Research Access Honorarium in exchange for research access to the member's remains. Our team handles every step respectfully and discreetly, at no cost to the family.

Honoraria are offered at Perennial's sole discretion and are not payable where remains have been cremated, compromised or otherwise rendered unsuitable before retrieval. Consent to research access, once given, is irrevocable.
