Perennial Labs today announced that Continuity Response coverage now extends to Abbotsford and Chilliwack, bringing the total Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley service area to just over 2.3 million residents.

"Every community deserves the same response time," said Perennial's Head of Member Care. "This expansion means Fraser Valley families can enrol with the same confidence as members in Vancouver proper." The expansion follows an eighteen-month pilot period during which average response times in the new coverage zone matched the company's Metro Vancouver benchmark.

Perennial Labs marked its 1,000th enrolled member this month, a milestone the company says reflects growing demand for continuity planning among Metro Vancouver families.

"When we opened our doors in 2019, we hoped to reach this point in ten years, not six," said Perennial's Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Membership has grown by roughly forty percent year over year since the Everlight Quay studio opened in 2023.

Perennial Labs has opened its permanent studio at Level 14, 300 Everlight Quay, consolidating member consultations, Family Care sessions and the company's preservation suite under one roof for the first time.

The move follows four years of operating out of shared clinical space across Metro Vancouver. "Everlight Quay gives our members and their families a place that feels like ours," said Perennial's Chief Science Officer.
